We have
so many people that we can trust, but human beings are by nature selfish. Each
one of us cares about his own interest: me , you, our parents,our siblings,our
friends, neighbors and even the so
called our lovers. This is why many a time we become hurt, lonely and feel
unwanted. We place our trust in others who don’t really care for us. Hence, the
reason why most people suffer from loneliness and hurtful feelings is that they
place their trust in other human beings.
We are
all social beings and we need others by our side. However, as much as we need
others we should be ware that all of us are selfish by nature.we care first and
foremost for our own welfare.
The
best one to place our trust is in God; who will never disappoint us and will
always give us first place in His big heart. To Him our welfare comes first.
Many of us fail to understand this fact. However, it’s only when we repeatedly
get hurt and wounded by others that eventually it dawns on us that there is no
other worthy to be loved and trusted other than God Himself.
Isaiah 49:15
